Definitions or specifications that are in principle unsatisfactory or unjustifiable are for this very reason absurd.

I can live with this definition, abstract as it is, but maybe too judging. Here is one of the many all kind of Definitions of Absurdism: “A form of drama that emphasises the absurdity of human existence by employing disjointed repetitious and meaningless dialogue purposeless and confusing situations and plots that lack realistic or logical development.”

Quote from dictionary. This text, apparently reflecting on Beckett’s play Waiting for Godot, is acceptable, I mean kind of okay.  It suggest that Absurdism is a Form of Art. That’s true, but absurdism is more, here another definition: “The belief that human beings exist in purposeless chaotic universe.”  This is getting to the point, but it is actually a bad  I mean a crippled definition, because of the word BELIEF. Replace the word belief with the right one. Philosophy. Absurdism is the philosophy that human beings exist in purposeless chaotic universe. But I repeat absurdism is more, much more, for all who wants to know precisely, ask the pig who is flying above you to classify matters.
